1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors. No user registration, login, or account is required. We may collect anonymised, aggregated analytics data (page views, device type, region) via Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns.

2. Data We Publish

All MLA data — including criminal cases, assets, contact details, photos, and election results — is sourced exclusively from publicly available government records: Election Commission of India (ECI), ADR India, MyNeta.info, and the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly website (assembly.tn.gov.in). MLA phone numbers and addresses are sourced from the assembly.tn.gov.in official member directory.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We may use Google Analytics (GA4) cookies for aggregate traffic analysis. No advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You may opt out via your browser cookie settings.

4. Data Correction Requests

MLAs, public officials, or their authorised representatives may request correction or removal of inaccurate data by writing to hi@tnmla.in. We will respond within 7 working days. Note that data sourced directly from ECI affidavits cannot be altered without corresponding correction at the official source.

5. Third-Party Links

This site links to ECI, ADR, MyNeta, assembly.tn.gov.in and other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

Data Sources & Accuracy

All data published on this portal is sourced from publicly available government and NGO records including: Election Commission of India (ECI) official results; ADR India and MyNeta.info election affidavits; Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly official member directory (assembly.tn.gov.in); Tamil Nadu Government press releases and official orders.

Criminal Cases & Affidavits

Criminal case information and asset declarations are self-sworn affidavits submitted by candidates/MLAs to the ECI (Form 26). These reflect declarations made by the candidates themselves. All cases are pending — individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. TNMla.in makes no independent verification of these declarations.

MLA Contact Details

Phone numbers, email IDs, and addresses of MLAs are sourced from the official assembly.tn.gov.in member directory (17th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, June 2026). This data is published in the public interest to enable citizen-legislator communication. Any inaccuracies should be reported to hi@tnmla.in.
